On-site visits are our bread and butter – while other MSPs resist coming to you, KDH encourages these visits. We recommend that all our customers schedule a regular, recurring on-site visit with our engineering team. It allows us to stay plugged in with your staff and keep our fingers on the pulse of your systems.

Why On-Site IT Support Matters

We think that on-site IT support is a critical part of smoothly maintaining an office. Our KDH IT engineers’ physical presence allows for us to build a relationship with your staff and understand your company’s unique technological needs, providing tailored solutions that remote support might not be able to offer. Additionally, on-site IT support fosters more fluid communications and proactive work on your IT systems.

What to Expect From an On-Site Visit

Our on-site support isn’t just about showing up when something breaks — it’s about being present, proactive, and genuinely invested in your day-to-day operations. We work collaboratively with your team, taking the time to understand how your people actually use your technology so we can solve problems at the root.

We recommend to all of our customers to have a regular monthly on-site visit at minimum (some of our customers ask us to be on-site twice a week!). We check-in with each of your team members, help them directly with their IT issues, troubleshoot pesky printer issues, review your systems, and conduct maintenance in person. In our experience, this hands-on presence is the best way to ensure your systems are running smoothly and your employees are taken care of.
